A dark, cramped and enclosed bathroom was enlarged to improve visual separation between the living and sleeping zone. Accessed via oversize steel framed doors, the new wet-room borrows natural light from adjacent windows. When illuminated, the wet-room presents as a lantern for the narrow hallway space.
